Our guides have been busy over the past couple months guiding new and repeat clients all over Western North Carolina. One of our favorite and most productive areas is the Tuckasegee Delayed Harvest Section. Just a couple of minutes drive from the fly shop you will find one of the most beautiful and most productive streams in the Southeast. This section of river is roughly 5.5 miles and is stocked with close to 50,000 fish each year.
Massive Tuckasegee Brown Trout
Anglers who fish with us can choose from 1/2, 3/4 and full day wade or float trips on this section of rive. These trips run during the catch and release months between October and early June.

Half Day Wade Trips are $150.00 for the first person and $60 for each additional person up to three people per guide.
3/4 Day Wade Trips are $190.00 for the first person and $65 for each additional person up to three people per guide.
Full Day Wade Trips are $225.00 for the first person and $75 for each additional person up to three people per guide.
Float trips are $250 for Half Day, $300 for 3/4 day and $350 for a full day per two anglers. If you are a single angler take 10% off the total trip price.

This week the Tuckasegee Delayed Harvest will receive it’s fifth and final stocking before opening to catch and keep restrictions on the first Saturday in June. Now is the time to fish this beautiful river. Please feel free to contact us for wade and float trips. Large groups and children are welcome on any of our trips. Tight Lines!
