Smallmouth are extremely fun to catch and they are considered by many to the the hardest fighting freshwater fish, pound for pound. While we specialize in fly fishing for smallmouth we do offer spinning tackle trips as well. Beginners, children and large coporate groups are welcome on all of our trips. Guided Smallmouth Trip on the Tuckasegee River Summer 2012
Some of our guides have been guiding wade and float trips for smallies on the Little Tennessee and the Tuckasegee for over 10 seasons now. We also guide more sections of the Tuckasegee River than any other outfitter or guide in the area. There are many days on the water when we do not see another fisherman. We float sections from Cullowhee at East Laporte Park all the way down to Bryson City.
